A Successful Year

In your role as a healthcare strategy professional, you’ve probably been tasked with doing more with less, responding quickly to changes in your hospital’s system of care delivery, and planning ahead for the rapidly evolving future of healthcare.

SHSMD’s aim in offering this four-day, intensive, face-to-face event is to equip professionals like you with the information and resources you need to face these challenges head-on and implement ideas and solutions that deliver measurable results.

RECAP
SHSMD Connections 2017 was a huge success! Here are some highlights from SHSMD's annual conference held September 24–27 in Orlando:

Impossible? Commit. Then Figure it Out.
Mick Ebeling inspired attendees to overcome "impossible," sharing examples of low-cost yet revolutionary solutions for the world's most vulnerable. "When you do the impossible, you give permission to others to do the impossible too." Watch a video on Project Daniel, one of many touching stories Ebeling shared.
Other keynote highlights: Daniel Burrus, Amy Herman, and Jake Poore plus keynote clusters on crisis preparedness, virtual care, and banning the "yes, but."

140+ Solution Providers Filled the Exhibit Hall
Attendees brought their toughest challenges to SHSMD Connections, and more than 140 exhibiting companies came prepared with industry-leading services and solutions showcased in the Exhibit Hall. More than a dozen attendees won big by participating in the SHSMD Passport to Prizes.
