Exhibitors/Sponsors

What sponsorship opportunities are there?

SHSMD offers sponsorships for every budget. Click here to download the sponsorship brochure to see what is available.

Can my company engage in sales conversations with attendees outside the Exhibit Hall?

If you're a non-exhibiting company, we encourage you to experience the event and determine how your participation in the conference might benefit attendees and your business. Even so, sales conversations are limited to exhibiting companies during exhibit hall hours.

May I e-mail the attendees before the conference to encourage them to come to my booth?

SHSMD does NOT share e-mail addresses of its attendees or members. We know that many of our attendees are already customers of our vendor partners, who may already have access to e-mail addresses (please contact the vendor to manage your subscription preferences). SHSMD highly discourages the practice of e-mailing groups of members simply because each year we receive multiple complaints about excessive messages.
Please note: Violators will be contacted if we receive complaints and ultimately this practice could impact your ability to participate in the conference

I’m a sponsor. How do I register?

You will receive an e-mail from Ann Marie Bell, SHSMD Senior Specialist of Event Planning, with specific instructions. Please contact her directly if you haven’t received this e-mail by June (abell2@aha.org).
