Raymond Grahe, Chief Executive Officer, Trivergent Health Alliance MSO
Raymond is the Chief Executive Officer of the $250 million organization with 1,150 employees serving Frederick Memorial Hospital, Western Maryland Health System and Meritus Medical Center.  Formerly, he was the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Meritus Medical Center, Inc. and was responsible for all financial services of Meritus Health Inc. He joined the administrative staff of Washington County Hospital in 1979.   

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Raymond is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Maryland Physicians Care, a Medicaid HMO with 200,000 members statewide. He is a past member of The Columbia Bank Board, chairman of the Colonial Regional Alliance Board of Managers and Treasurer of the TriState Health Partners Inc. Board of Directors. Raymond has been a member of various committees of the Maryland Hospital Association for many years, inlcuding the finance committee and the rate negotiation committee. He received his bachelor of science degree. from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Loyola College.

Ryan Gish, Managing Director, Kaufman, Hall & Associates, Inc.
Ryan works with executive leadership teams and boards of all types of hospitals and health systems nationwide. His strategic advisory focus is on helping organizations address the most pressing industry challenges through defining and implementing resilient strategies for the changing healthcare landscape.  Ryan has authored numerous articles published in healthcare professional journals, including hfm magazine, BoardRoom Press, and Trustee. Additionally, he was a contributing author for Health Care Strategy for Uncertain Times, published by AHA Press/Jossey Bass. Ryan is a frequent presenter at national conferences of the American College of Healthcare Executives, The Governance Institute, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and, of course, our Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD). Additionally, he has served as guest faculty at Harvard University, Washington University in St. Louis, and University of Southern California.

Ryan has an M.B.A. with honors from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, and he received his bachelor of science degree, cum laude, also from Washington University.
