Cut-Off Date:
The cut-off
date for accepting reservations into the SHSMD room block is August 18, 2011. Reservation requests
received after that date will be accepted at the group rate based on
availability. Paid registration for the 2011 SHSMD Annual Conference does
not guarantee a hotel reservation at the headquarters hotel or at the special
meeting rate.

SHSMD provides a relaxed educational environment, and we
suggest business casual dress. This may include slacks, blazers, blouses, or
casual dresses. Keep in mind that the meeting rooms may be very cold; you may
want to dress in layers to accommodate the varying temperatures.
