Cut-Off Date:
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into our room block is Tuesday, August 26, 2008 or until the block is filled. Meeting attendance does not guarantee hotel room availability, so book your room early. Reservation requests received after August 26, 2008 will be accepted at the group's rate, based on availability.

Room Deposit:
All reservations must be accompanied by a last night's deposit plus tax or guaranteed by a major credit card.

Public transportation includes
BART Rapid Rail to northern San Mateo County, San Francisco and the East Bay from the airport. The SFO BART station is located on the Departures/Ticketing Level ( Level 3) of the International Terminal, on the Boarding Area G side of the terminal near the Berman Reflection Room.

The Muni Buses service the entire city and is San Francisco's main transportation system.
