Available to all Annual Conference attendees, rooms at this rate are subject to availability and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cut-Off Date:
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the SHSMD room block is September 9, 2009. Reservation requests received after that date will be accepted at the group rate based on availability. Paid registration for the 2009 SHSMD Annual Conference does not guarantee a hotel reservation at the headquarters hotel or at the special meeting rate.

Room Deposit:
All reservations must be accompanied by a last night's deposit plus tax or guaranteed by a major credit card.
