As a consultant, coach, and professional speaker, Pamela Bilbrey actively assists organizations in achieving greater levels of excellence. During two decades of service with Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, Florida, Ms. Bilbrey served as senior vice president of corporate development where she had executive-level responsibility for providing strategic direction, operational planning, and overall leadership for both existing and start-up businesses within the corporation. She was responsible for initiating the award-winning corporate university, Baptist University, for the healthcare system. She also founded the Baptist Health Care Leadership Institute, a nationally respected consulting firm that has assisted more than 500 organizations in achieving service and operational excellence.

Ms. Bilbrey is the co-author of the book BreakOUT: Unleash the Power of Human Capital and author of Reflections on Leadership: Rants, Raves and Realities. Her most recent book, Ordinary Greatness, was published by Wiley & Sons in July 2009.

Ms. Bilbrey’s recent accolades include receiving the 2007 SHSMD Award for Individual Professional Excellence and being named one of the Top 100 People in Leadership Development by Leadership Excellence Magazine in 2008.

As a seasoned consultant, Brian Jones brings a passion for leadership development and learning to his clients, mentoring them in implementing leadership development initiatives that transcend events and lead to real, sustainable habits and healthier cultures.

Mr. Jones honed his innovative approach to leadership and people development through his organizational development experience in both the financial services and healthcare industries. As the former director of people development for Baptist Health Care, Jones was instrumental in the organization’s recognition as Training magazine’s “Top 100 Training Organizations in America” for five consecutive years, and is credited with developing the concept of “teachership,” an advanced strategy for leadership development that has been adopted by many healthcare organizations. Brian is also an expert in the area of succession planning and a principal creator of the succession planning tools used at Baptist Health Care.

Brian Jones is a well-known speaker and the co-author of Ordinary Greatness and has numerous published articles in the areas of leadership, employee engagement, and talent management.
