How can I access members-only information?

How can I register for a members-only account?

I think I registered for a members-only account, but I forgot my user name. How can I retrieve it?

How can I access members-only information?
To access members-only information, you must be (1) a member of SHSMD, (2) registered with a members-only account, (3) logged in.

How can I register for a members-only account?

To register for an account, choose a user name, password, and secret question, provide your e-mail address, and enter your 10-digit membership ID number. Note: There can be only one members-only account per membership ID number.

I think I registered for a members-only account, but I forgot my user name. How can I retrieve it?

Contact SHSMD for your user name. If possible, please provide your name, organization, location, and membership ID number.  

How can I reset or update my password?
If you forget your password, you can reset it online, or contact SHSMD to have a staff member reset it for you. If you know your password and want to update it, log in and click on the “Update your password” link.

What is my membership ID number?
Contact SHSMD for your 10-digit membership ID number.

I am logged in with a members-only account. Why can’t I access members-only information?
If you are a member and have registered for an account but still cannot access members-only information, your account registration may be incomplete. Please contact SHSMD and a staff member will assist you in completing your registration.
