Strategic Planners and Business Developers Meet-Up

Join fellow health care business developers and strategic planners for an engaging member meet up!

Attendees will participate in table discussions centered around two topics:

  • Strategic planning in the face of uncertainty – A few examples could include:
    • Given the current environment of uncertainty and constant change, what are the key strategies and frameworks organizations should adopt for resilient strategic planning?
    • How can organizations effectively approach strategic planning in the face of significant uncertainty and ongoing change?
    • What are the best practices for strategic planning when navigating significant uncertainty and a constantly changing landscape?
  • How to integrate strategy, financial planning, and workforce?

Your group will submit brief answers via a polling app, and we'll be looking for groups to share their main takeaways.

This is also a perfect opportunity to network and build connections with your peers!
