Design thinking is an approach to innovation and problem solving that puts the people you’re trying to serve–patients and their families–at the heart of the design process. Championed by pioneering brands and organizations across the globe, the technique is gaining momentum in healthcare. This case study presentation is for healthcare strategists, marketers, designers, and problem-solvers to learn how design thinking can reorient their entire organization’s approach to improving the patient experience. Our session is co-led by the System VP of Marketing at OhioHealth and two senior directors at Cast & Hue.

  • Russ Maloney, Director of Strategy, Cast & Hue
  • Salvador Bravo, Experience Designer, Cast & Hue
  • Katy Rigsby, System VP of Marketing, OhioHealth
