Active Patient Movement Visualization and Analysis

Renown Health sought a deeper understanding of how their ambulatory patients access care in order to reduce or eliminate the organization's inefficient and redundant facilities. This knowledge couldn't be derived from traditional static population health planning because it leaves out the dimension of patient movement: Which facilities the patients bypass for care, and the unnecessary travel and wasted time associated with that. The goal of the analysis was to actively visualize patient movement and analyze the data derived from it to provide greater accuracy in creating the right program for the right population, reduce access redundancy, and increase efficiency.
