Maximizing a service line’s penetration of the overall market requires a holistic approach to understanding market, competitor, patient, and provider dynamics to shape effective strategy.  This webinar will focus on how to measure and interpret key data analytics such as patient utilization of the care continuum, competitor market positioning, provider alignment, inpatient and outpatient (HOPD, ASC, imaging, other ancillary services) market share and physician practice dynamics.  Case study examples will be reviewed to highlight difference in key metrics utilized for community-based hospitals up to quaternary academic health systems.
