Description

The nation’s mental health crisis has prompted a wave of digital innovation to improve access to behavioral health. However, behavioral health providers say applying these innovations with their patients is complex and challenging. What technologies are mental health clinicians using most to expand access to care? What innovations have proven most successful — and what needs improvement?

This webinar, based on original research conducted by Optum, will discuss behavioral health provider attitudes toward digital access technology, including usage, preferences, and barriers.

Speakers will also share how providers and health systems can help improve access to behavioral health services.
