Description
Join us for a deep dive into strategic environmental analysis!
This session will introduce you to the PESTLE framework (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental) as a structured approach for analyzing the complex external environment of health care organizations. You will also explore the eight major trends highlighted in the latest Futurescan 2026 publication. Through an active learning exercise, you will collaboratively categorize these powerful trends within the most appropriate PESTLE domains, developing critical thinking and demonstrating how these forecasting insights apply directly to strategic planning.
Learning Objectives
- Apply the PESTLE framework to evaluate external forces affecting health care and categorize Futurescan 2026 trends within the most relevant PESTLE domains.
- Analyze and justify the placement of Futurescan trends by articulating the strategic implications for health care leaders and organizations.
- Integrate insights from PESTLE analysis and forecasting to formulate strategic considerations for long-range planning and decision-making.
