Description
12pm - 1pm CT | 1pm - 2pm ET | 10am – 11am PT
Stepping into leadership requires more than competence. It requires presence. This session explores the identity shift from high-performing students or early career contributors to trusted leaders. Participants will engage in discussion around how credibility is built, how confidence is communicated, and how executive presence evolves at different stages of a career.
This conversation will challenge participants to think intentionally about how they show up in rooms they want to be in.
Join our Catalyst Conversation on May 13 at 12 p.m. CT, where you’ll:
- Understand the difference between performance and presence
- Identify behaviors that build credibility early in a leadership journey
- Recognize how communication style impacts perception
- Learn how clarity of thought strengthens confidence
- Develop strategies to show up with composure and authority in high-visibility settings
- Begin shifting from task ownership to influence and decision making
