Week 3

Core elements of a strategic plan, connecting goals to metrics, and preparing inputs for your own plan.

Week 4

Environmental scanning, interpreting trends, future focused thinking, and tailoring strategic communication to multiple audiences.

Week 5

Integrating strategic planning with financial planning and aligning strategy with financial constraints and opportunities.
