SHSMD Announces 2026 President, President-Elect and Advisory Board
CHICAGO (October 21, 2025) — The Society for Health Care Strategy & Market Development (SHSMD), a professional membership group of the American Hospital Association, has announced Dennis S. Jolley, MPH, MEd will serve as president of the SHSMD Advisory Board for 2026. Jolley succeeds David Grandy, FACHE.
SHSMD also announced the election of Dorian L. Harriston, MA as president-elect of the board for 2026.
In addition, SHSMD announced the election of the following new board members:
- Kristina Schiller Chaki, director, content strategy, Sheppard Pratt, Baltimore
- Melissa Fors Shackelford, principal, Shackelford Strategies, Minneapolis
- Laila Waggoner, chief dot connector, Strategy for Hire, Maumee, OH
Reelected to the board are:
