After several years of rapidly changing customer expectations and priorities, and increasing disruption in the industry, health care organizations face a crossroads. While there are many operational and industry challenges to contend with, the solutions must start with the Voice of the Consumer to ensure activation + engagement. Activation alone is not enough. Health care organizations historically have created solutions that work for the organization and the industry, not the consumer. The modern consumer expects and demands that their solutions begin with their expectations and needs. Without this consumer first approach, health care organizations cannot compete.
