BID-Plymouth developed and launched a community-wide collaborative to tackle the epidemic and improve the lives of those impacted by opioid use. Their marketing and communications team has played an integral role in program development, launch, strategic counsel, event planning, media relations, marketing, and community outreach. Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation has developed a Comprehensive Opioid Response with the 12 steps as a solution to treating people with opioid addiction, which engages and activates community resources, providers, physicians, families, and the patient for optimal outcomes.
